Bot Access in #SourceInvitePriv
Attention Users:
If you are eligible to be on #sourceinvitepriv and DO NOT have channel access due to the userlist (Chanserv) being full, you are more than likely added to the channel bot. At this time it is named (SourceServ). In order to invite yourself to the channel (Since you do not have channel access) you must issue the following commands.
You may either type the following in #sourceinvite !inviteme #sourceinvitepriv
Or you may type: /msg sourceserv inviteme #sourceinvitepriv
(Note you MUST have access to the bot in order to use these commands, if you don't have access you will be told just that.)
Now to bypass having to type this all in manually you can simply add the following to your perform section:
/msg sourceserv inviteme #sourceinvitepriv
/join #sourceinvitepriv
If you do not know how to access your perform section then well follow these instructions:
Press ALT-O, that should bring up the mIRC Options dialog box. In the Category list, look under the Connect tree, there should be an Options section - click on it. In there, click on the "Perform" button. The perform page will pop up - make sure 'Enable Perform on Connect' is ticked, and put the command into the textbox.
If you need access to this channel and you qualify for access (CURRENT Cal-I/M and or CEVO P/M) then either /query Tony, Scope or myself with your cal/cevo link or post in the access section of these forums.
Any questions or suggestions please let me know.
